The reservation system of our website makes a reservation request where the visitor receives information about its development within 24 hours.

The deposit comes to 50% of the total amount of the reservation 6 months before arrival and 50% 4 months before arrival. For last-minute reservations (under 4 months), the deposit comes to 100% of the total amount of the reservation. The visitor must pay the deposit within 48 hours of the request and send the receipt to villas@didimos.gr

Upon completion of the reservation, the visitor will receive a confirmation email for its successful completion.

The prices do NOT include the climate crisis resilience fee which it is configured as below and paid separately.

During the months of March to October

According to paragraph 1A of article 1 of Law 5162/2024, two (2.00) euros/day.

During the months of November to February

According to paragraph 1B of article 1 of Law 5162/2024, fifty cents (0.50) euros/day.

Visitors can cancel by contacting us:

1. By calling the contact numbers.

2. By sending an email to villas@didimos.gr

3. By using the online chat.

  • If the guest cancels the reservation at least 90 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded except of the transaction costs if any.
  • If the cancellation request is made in less than 90 days, the deposit is not refundable. 
  • Arrival at the accommodation takes place from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
  • Departures at the accommodation can benn made from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

The accommodation carries out daily cleaning of the rooms and changing of towels / sheets every 2 days. In case you wish to change towels / sheets more frequently, we can provide it at a cost of €3.00 / day.

  • Smoking is not permitted in any areas of the accommodation.
  • No pets are allowed
  • No parties or other events are allowed (Bachelor, birthday parties, etc.)
  • No kids under the age of 13 are allowed
  • Users must have always taken a shower before using them.
  • All underage (18 years old) visitors must have an adult with them at all times.
  • Elderly people and pregnant women must have a support person with them at all times.
  • No alcohol is allowed when swimming.
